Abhyanga (body oiling)
There is no greater expression of self-love than lovingly anointing ourselves from head to toe with warm oil — this practice is called Abhyanga. It is believed that the effects of Abhyanga are like being loved unconditionally. Like the experience of being loved, Abhyanga can give a deep feeling of stability and warmth.

A daily Abhyanga (body oiling) practice restores the balance of the doshas and enhances well-being and longevity. Regular Abhyanga (body oiling) is especially grounding and relaxing.

There is virtually no scent, but some may pick up a very light pleasing hint of the organic oils.

Recommended Use
Daily before or after your shower massage warm oil into your entire body beginning at the extremities and working toward the middle of your body.  Use long strokes on the limbs and circular strokes on the joints.  Massage the abdomen and chest in broad, clockwise, circular motions.  On the abdomen, follow the path of the large intestine; moving up on the right side of the abdomen, then across, then down on the left side.  Massage the body for 5 – 20 minutes.  Massage the oil into your scalp, ears and feet, at least once a week.
